Thank you for shopping with JP Auto & Fleet Merch (“we,” “us,” “our”). We’re committed to your satisfaction and to providing clear, transparent return and refund terms. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
If an item is custom-made (made-to-order), change-of-mind returns may not apply, but defective items remain eligible for replacement or refund.
2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a description.

We will issue either a replacement or full refund after we verify the issue.
3. Return Shipping & Fees

If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size (when allowed), the customer will pay for return shipping unless specified otherwise.

Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once a return is approved, we refund via the original payment method. You will receive confirmation when the refund is issued. Please allow additional time for your bank/card to post the credit.
5. International Returns
We ship internationally. For returns from outside [your country]:

You are responsible for return shipping, customs duties or import taxes unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

We will not incur costs imposed by your country’s customs or postal system.
6. Made-to-Order / Custom Items
Many of our products are produced specifically for you.

These items cannot be returned for change of mind if they are custom printed or personalized.

They are eligible for return if defective, wrongly printed or not as described.
7. How to Start a Return

Send an email to jpautofleetmerch@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

We’ll respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Returns must include the RMA number; items sent without it may be refused.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
