Order Processing & Fulfillment

All items are made to order to maintain quality and reduce waste.

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once fulfilled, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll notify you immediately and provide an alternative or refund.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time starts once your order has been shipped. Average delivery windows are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, or courier delays).


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. You’ll see the full shipping cost before completing payment.


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and a link to follow your package in real time.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days after placing your order, please contact us.


International Shipping & Customs

We ship to most international destinations.

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

  • JP Auto & Fleet Merch is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout.
Orders placed with incomplete or incorrect addresses cannot be guaranteed for delivery. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).


Delays or Lost Packages

We rely on third-party carriers for delivery. JP Auto & Fleet Merch is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us so we can help file an investigation.
